Today, I have nothing to say about this.  Michael Homan,  Blake Haney, and Da Po' Boy say it for me.

Here's a list of those we know about.  My guess is that more bodies are being hidden or dumped in uninhabited parts of town as well.  When I was young, my dad said that "people" used to dump bodies in the swamps in south Plaquemines parish.  Now, they only have to go to the lower 9.

Riley, Jordan, Nagin: have you no shame?  Have you no pride in your jobs at all?  Do you honestly not give a flying fuck about this city? Dambala has ideas on what we can do to maybe wake their collective asses up.

Oh, and Bobby Jindal, Rob Couhig, and Virginia Boulet make me want to barf.

I'm working on the musicians village thing.  Hard.  I'd much rather see action than words or rhetoric.  Check out the latest comment, by Branford and Harry's manager.  I'd rather not have a 3000 word post or article, but a couple of words that say "we got it done".  I'm working on it.  Really

Felt like a real NOLA dad this week: bought a seat ladder for the kids.  Nice purple/gold/green motif, with FdLs everywhere.  Also, have the thing rigged with seatbelts for all 3 kids.  I just know Katerina is going to want a cupholder...I know it.

I don't know if it's the weather or not, but this hasn't been a really good week.  I'm hoping the Saturday parades will help out.
