OK, pet peeve time.
Da Paper has been putting out some wonderful editorials since the thing, and they probably deserve a Pulitzer for all of their no-punches-pulled style of reporting since the thing. Chris Rose's columns have been excellent, and hey, they even had a KdV pic of yours truly.
One thing though, they can't seem to get right.
If a house is going to be demolished, that house is razed, not raised.
Are there no copy editors left in this city? You know how to get in touch with me, T-P, if you need one.
And you really need one.
I don't know. Some will be raised and some will be razed.
I bet there's going to be some mistakes by contractors!

Yepper! Kind of like how they sent some levee failure refugees to Charleston WV instead of Charleston SC.

Ktown April 21, 2009 at 6:28 pm | I saw Wendy Malik at White Linen Night once. Recently flew from LA to NOLA on a flight w/ Cesar Milan, very nice and apbhcaoraple. Also, sat at the table next to Mark Valley, a tv guy, at the lakefront Jaeger's (pre-K). He was visiting friends and having crawfish like everybody else.Stifler's mom lives in NOLA part time and is a big supporter of the city.
